Trade Training Scholarships – (ONLINE ONLY)

He waka eke noa – we are all in this together.

The Trade Training Grant supports Ngāti Tūwharetoa members to gain skills, qualifications, and pathways into employment.

There are 20 grants available, each valued at $1,000.

Eligibility

Applicants must be registered members and enrolled in an NZQA-approved course with one of the following providers:

• University or Whare Wānanga

• Polytechnic or Technical Institute

• Industry Training Organisation (ITO)

• Private Training Establishment (PTE)

Required Documentation

Applicants must provide:

• A recommendation letter from an employer and/or training provider

• Confirmation of enrolment, including fees and course information

• Previous year’s academic results

• A verified bank deposit slip or bank statement
